THE THIN BLUE LINE

Alejandro Romero-Lavenant, a new father with a five-month-old daughter, was hired by San DIego PD. Tragedy struck while Alejandro, who is only 26 years old, was off duty. He was rushed to the hospital and unfortunately, he suffered fatal injuries. 

Alejandro had made the choice to become a police officer and serve his community. Upon his death his family made the tough choice to donate his organs to save the lives of numerous people on the organ donor lists.

Alejandro is survived by his wife, Geovana, and their five-month-old daughter.
