David Earl Perry, 62, of Midpines died Monday. He was born in Evansville, Ind., and was employed in risk management for Lusardi Construction Company.
Survivors include his daughters, Tonja Elcome of Temecula and Teresa Polinski of San Diego; son, Wade of Reno; sisters, Joyce Wood of Santee and Jeane Almon of Evansville, Ind.; brother, Steve of Evansville, Ind.; and nine grandchildren.
