ERZINGER -- Dr. Eugene V., died Sept. 26, 1997 in the presence of his immediate family.

He leaves his beloved family: wife Pat, son Gene Erzinger Jr., daughters Laurel Berger, Susan Stark, Joanna Erzinger, M.D., Maryana Erzinger, and 15 grandchildren.

He was born July 26, 1929 in San Diego, graduated from St. Augustine High School in 1947, SDSU in 1951 and the College of Physicians and Surgeons Dental School (UOP) in 1955.

He was a member of the California Dental Association and the Ame rican Dental Association. He practiced dentistry for 39 years in La Jolla, California.

In addition to his love for gardening, his love for the outdoors found him frequently camping, hiking or biking with his family.
