Jan. 9, 1924-April 1, 2004 Jack Boilard, 80, of San Diego died Thursday. He was born in San Diego and was an illustrator for Convair. He served in the Navy and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his daughters, Teresa Cervantes, Catherine Boilard, Lorraine Alvarez and Patricia Boilard, all of San Diego; sons, Edward John Boilard III and George Boilard, all of San Diego; sister, Anne Josephine, CSJ; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
