Tony passed away on June 17, 2025 at the age of 83 in Tucson, Arizona. He leaves behind his wife Roxanne Heacock, sons Chad, Brian, Andy and Daniel Heacock, Step children Robert Krtek and Christine Krtek. He was also the grandfather to Emily, Haley, Audrey, Sydney, Sayers, and Oliver, as well as several great-grandchildren.

Tony was known for his love of family, God, and country. He spent most of his life in law enforcement in San Diego, California, and in Durango, Colorado.
