Leland Ray Barlow, 71, of San Diego died Tuesday. He was born in Bountiful, Utah, and was an agent for Farmer's Insurance.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

He was active in the Navajo Bobby Sox League and IGS.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie Grace Turner Barlow, and daughters, Jolene Moore and Lulie Tibiatowski.
