Robert Lee Harrison, 59, of Escondido died June 14. 

He was born in Teaneck, N.J., and was a police officer with the San Diego Police Department. 

He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Harrison; daughters, Meagan Harrison of Durham, N.C., and Chelsea Davis of San Diego; sons, Christopher Harrison of New Hampshire and David Harrison of Escondido; mother, Ann Harrison of Gastonia, N.C.; sisters, Priscilla Graham of Gastonia, N.C., Christine Ravenel of Charlotte, N.C., and Loretta McFarland of Concord; and brother, Clifford Harrison of West Virginia.
