Services for Roy F. Webber Jr., 70, of Pacific Beach, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pacific Beach Mortuary. Burial will be in El Camino Mausoleum. He died Thursday in a hospital.

Mr. Webber, a native of the Panama Canal Zone, lived in the county 50 years, owned and operated the R & R Cafe in Pacific Beach for five years, worked 14 years as a custodian at police headquarters and was a San Diego police reservist.

He was a member of the Pacific Beach Lions Club and the Caterers Association.

Survivors include his wife, Rose; two daughters, Deanna Campbell of Pacific Beach and Yvonne Waller of Bellflower, Calif.; a son, Gerald, of San Diego; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
