Wilmer Kawika McGregor, aka Wilmar Pamawaho Flazer was born April 5, 1933 in Honolulu and passed away October 15, 2022 in California. He graduated from the Kamehameha School for Boys, class of 1951.
He joined the Navy and resided in San Diego. He was a San Diego police officer before joining the California Highway Patrol.
He also worked in the Federal Courts and the San Diego County Fair and Del Mar Race Track.
He was in the Air Force Reserves.
He is survived by his wife Sharon, daughter Shelley Emery (Douglas), son Russell (Casey), grandchildren Derek and Nicole Emery, Ahnjayla Giorgianni (Shane), Ryan Kawika McGregor (Cristina), great grandsons Vinny and Jake Giorgianni, brother Samuel K. Lee Loy (Gale) and sister Pili Lee Loy, nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
His life was defined by being Hawaiian despite living in California.
