Arthur Palmer, 72, died peacefully at home on Thursday, July 3rd.  He was born in Amarillo, Texas and at age seven moved to National City, California.

He joined the San Diego Police Department in 1959, and retired in 1991 after 32 years.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Georgette; five sons, Arthur of Manhattan, Kansas, Anthony of Campo, CA, John of Alpine, CA, Kenneth of Lockwood, CA, and Robert of Lockwood, CA; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sisters Jacqueline and Charlene.

No Services. Cremation with ashes to be scattered at sea.
