Howard Cleo Williams Jr., 56, of San Diego died Thursday.  He was born in San Diego and was a sergeant with the San Diego Police Department.   He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Williams; daughters, Tiffany Lincoln of New York City, Dekenya Williams and Briana Williams of San Diego; sons, Howard Williams III and Brian Williams of San Diego; mother, Susie Williams of Franklin, Va.; sisters, Sonia Fryer of Encinitas and Shauna Moses of Franklin, Va.; and brother, David Williams of San Diego.
