BERONDA, ROSS a longtime San Diego resident, passed away March 22, 2012, in Paradise, CA.

Ross was on San Diego Police Department from 1956 to 1985, serving as a motor officer from 1958 to 1968.  He was an Investigator from 1968 to 1974, but is best remembered as a polygraph operator and forensic hypnotist.

Ross is survived by his wife, Donna, son Richard, daughters Beth Peterson and Cheryl Maudlin, stepsons Robert Robertson, Timothy Palmer and Eric Palmer as wll as nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private interment services will be held at the National Cemetery at Fort Rosecrans in San Diego.
